Operations at Trade Sense is about reliability and readiness. You’ll monitor systems, coordinate responses, manage operational workflows, and ensure trading runs cleanly. This is a high-trust role: calm under pressure, precise communication, and strong follow-through.

  • Monitor trading health and system status via dashboards, alerts, and checklists.
  • Execute operational procedures: readiness checks, escalation routines, coordination.
  • Triage incidents: collect signals, communicate clearly, follow runbooks, track resolution.
  • Maintain operational documentation and improve workflows to reduce recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with providers/partners when needed (as directed) via operations@trade-sense.net.
  • Support post-incident reviews with timelines and operational context.
  • Strong operational mindset: detail-oriented, reliable follow-through.
  • Calm communication; ability to summarize clearly.
  • Comfort learning technical workflows and using monitoring tools.
  • Willingness to work in time-sensitive environments.
  • Trading operations / SRE / NOC experience.
  • Familiarity with market/venue concepts at a high level.
  • Ability to automate checks with basic Python.
